Marken Projects has designed another custom Single Family Dwelling for Whistler, BC, aimed at achieving the stringent Passive House Standard.
We have completed the custom design for another affordable Passive House for Whistler, BC.
Some features include triple pane windows, high performance heat recovery ventilation system, CLT strucutral elements and thermal bridge free design.
Also, the exterior walls and roof have been designed with future prefabrication in mind, using environmentally friendly cellulose as the main insulation material.
