Marken Project’s is providing Green Building Consulting services to an exciting Single Family project in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood in Vancouver.

The overall design is aiming towards achieving a high energy efficiency rating. Also, site planning, mechancial systems, materials and practices should reflect environmentally friendly design decision. Special attention is being brought towards the zoning and building scheme for the Shaughnessy area where certain restrictions apply.

We are focusing on an holistic approach planning along the LEED ® principles, working closely with the project team such as the architect, builder and contractors as part of the intergrated design process.
