LEED® NC Mixed Use Project North Vancouver

Marken Projects is responsible for the LEED® NC Project Coordination for a four storey and 17,000 square foot mixed-use project in North Vancouver, BC.
This project is aiming for LEED® NC Silver certification under the new 2009 LEED® NC program.
We are structuring the process as follows:

• 1. LEED Charette
• 2. LEED NC 2009 Project Registration
• 3. Documentation – Project Management
• 4. Documentation – Submission
• 5. Certification Application

Green Building design strives to balance environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, occupant comfort and well-being, community development and the economics of building construction and operation. LEED® Canada is an excellent design tool to achieve the above mentioned objectives.
